We had a vision shortly after we bought Bay Meats—wouldn’t it be fun to have a shop that specialized in meatballs? Lots of flavours and varieties, all of them balls of goodness. After lots of experiments and lots of kitchen parties, that vision has started to come to life.
Everybody loves meatballs with their pasta, so that was easy. What else can we do? We came up with chicken meatballs, turkey meatballs, meatballs made from local bison, and meatballs that pay homage to Scandinavia.
No fillers, no bread, no rice, no potatoes—just meat and spices.
